At Bicycle Collective, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or your local Bicycle Collective hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
